On behalf of my sister Donna and myself we would like to give you this small gift in appreciation of the dinner you cooked for us Friday night. Your 5 different choices of salad were wonderful with quite a wide variety to choose from. The pork tenderloin was so tender and the chicken breast was moist and was so good with the citrus sauce. The strawberry trifle was to die for. The starter of frozen peaches blended with peach wine and peach juice to make a smoothie was a great idea it was so good we could have had those all night. My sister spent the evening and the next
day her fiancée came and had the leftovers, he was really
excited with the meal and both are looking forward to you catering
their wedding this June. Keep up the good work and looking forward to June.
