About The Chef
Nancy Rowley-Panasiuk, an honours graduate from Liaison College Culinary School of Arts, is the chef and owner of Forks of the Grand Personal Chef. She holds diplomas in both Basic and Advanced Cooking, a Personal Chef Diploma, a Food Handlers Certificate and a certificate from the Smart Serve Program.
Nancy brings to the table over 35 years of hands-on experience gained from working in corporate restaurant chains, seasonal resorts, family owned restaurants, and golf courses across Ontario.
Her specialties include in-home or office catering, prepared packaged meals, home-made soups and party platters and providing lunches for picnics.
Since opening Forks of the Grand, Nancy has created meals for small and large dinner parties, provided catering for many corporate events, retirement, board meetings, office Christmas parties, bridal and baby showers, English teas, ladies luncheons, engagement parties, weddings, golf tournaments, barbecues, and after funeral lunches.
New in 2009 Forks of the Grand has been working with Bed & Breakfasts in the area catering to their guests, with romantic dinners, Thanks Giving family dinners, Honeymoon evening of hor’s duerves , picnics and murder mystery dinners. Please go to our favourite links for the Bed & Breakfasts
A long time resident of Paris, Nancy serves clients in County of Brant, (Paris, and Brantford, Scotland, Mt. Pleasant, St. George), Kitchener/Waterloo and surrounding areas.
