About The Chef
Nancy Rowley-Panasiuk, an honours
graduate from Liaison College Culinary School of Arts, is the chef
and owner of Forks of the Grand Personal Chef. She holds diplomas
in both Basic and Advanced Cooking, a Personal Chef Diploma, a Ministry
Approved Food Handlers Certificate from the Personal Chef Alliance
and a certificate from the Smart Serve Program.
Nancy brings to the table 30 years of hands-on
experience gained from working in corporate restaurant chains, seasonal
resorts, family owned restaurants, and golf courses across Ontario.
Her specialties include in-home or office catering,
prepared packaged meals, bulk freezing and cooking classes.
Since opening Forks of the Grand, Nancy has created
meals for small dinner parties, provided catering for bridal and
baby showers, English teas, ladies luncheons, engagement parties,
weddings, golf tournaments, barbecues, and after funeral lunches.
A long time resident of Paris, Nancy serves clients
in Ayr, Brantford, Cambridge. St. George, Kitchener/Waterloo and
surrounding areas.
